Welcome to DROP Social ("DROP," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of dropsocial.online and related services. By creating an account or using DROP, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use DROP. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian. You may not use DROP if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable law or if your account has been suspended or terminated.

3. User content

DROP allows you to post, upload, and share content including text, photos, videos, comments, messages, map objects, and playlists ("User Content"). You represent that:

4. Prohibited conduct and content

You agree not to post, upload, or engage in content or behavior that:

We use automated and manual moderation tools. We may remove content, restrict features, or terminate accounts at our discretion to protect users and the platform.

5. Guest browsing

Certain parts of DROP may be available without an account. Guest access is provided for discovery only; interactive features (posting, messaging, liking, and similar actions) may require registration.

6. Premium features and payments

DROP may offer paid themes, subscriptions, or other premium products processed through PayPal. Prices and features are shown at checkout. Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise. We may change pricing or premium offerings with reasonable notice where applicable.

7. Advertising

DROP may display advertisements, including video ads served through Google and other partners. Ad availability and formats may change over time. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising-related data is handled.

8. Location and map features

If you use location-based features, you consent to sharing location data as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not use DROP to stalk, harass, or endanger others. You are responsible for complying with local laws when sharing location-linked content.

9. Intellectual property

DROP's name, logo, software, design, and other platform elements are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our branding except as allowed by the service itself.

10. Third-party services

DROP integrates with third-party services (for example Cloudinary, PayPal, and Google advertising). Your use of those services may be subject to their separate terms and policies.

11. Disclaimers

DROP is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

User Content is created by users, not by DROP. We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or quality of User Content posted by others.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DROP and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to DROP will not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) USD $100.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DROP and its operators from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your User Content, your use of DROP, or your violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

You may stop using DROP at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Sections that by nature should survive termination (including licenses granted for already-distributed content, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or by email where appropriate. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction apply.
